What should I bring to my appointment for DOT Medical Exam?

If you don't bring the required stuff, you won't get certified. And you will have to come back to the office and that costs more time and money. So remember to bring what you need!!

Bring the following:

• Valid driver’s license

• Glasses or contacts (if you use them)

• Hearing aids (if applicable)

• List of medications

• Medical records for any conditions (CPAP reports, diabetes logs, etc.)
